I'm letting them go...

Inukshuk and Miatuk had their first litter almost a year ago. Inuk delivered her babies the night before we departed to the National Park for the Harvest Festival Holiday. She had 5 of them but 1 died while we were away. As they are the first batch, we decided to keep all of them.

Inuk delivered her 2nd batch of 5 litter on last March. That amounts to 11 domestic long-haired cats in the house. That is pretty too many. Hubby and I decided to give them away at a very reasonable price to friends due to maintenance issue. I have even cautioned the children on this matter as I would not want them to have any emotional attachment once I give them away.

My friend Nor has been bugging me to post some of the photos as I have denied them visitation. She booked a pair, one for herself and one for her niece. After a few attempts, I managed these...

...dear old dad...Miatuk...

...can't distinguish...that is either Boris or MJ (Miatuk Jr)...

...Sora...

...the big grumpy one is BG (Big Girl or Baby Gorilla)...she was the big one among her batch...I decided to cage her together with her little siblings as the other cage is occupied by all the boys...tau-tau la kan...

...two of the kittens...there's another one at the background...

...if I were you Nor, I would take this ('wink')...

I have the intention to give away the adult litter. Hubby hesitated as he has strong emotional ties with them.

He became the midwife when Inuk was in labour.
I do not blame him.

I wish we don't have to do that... It breaks my heart everytime to see them caged.

Hate to see them suffer even more... I'm also letting them go.

To their new family. Please take care of them with your love and care, they are good kids...my kids.

Hai, I still want to see all the other kittens as well before making my final decision. This one looks " dainty " and " lady like" Well looks can be deceiving anyhow.... Wait till we come back from Jakarta then we'll have our say... We did went to survey for a bigger cat cage though... its going to burn a hole in my wallet .. Its rm450-00 less 10 % discount.. Koyak poket den.... A better one cost rm650-00 which I cant afford anyway....
